Who is responsible

The data controller is Oli's Bio, based in Tirana, Albania. For any question about your data, write to us at info@olisbio.com.

What data we collect

Only what you give us through the contact form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), customer type and the text of your message. We do not request or collect special categories of data.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, send you a quote and manage any commercial relationship that follows. We do not use it for automated marketing and we do not add you to any list without your consent.

Legal basis

Processing is based on the steps you requested prior to entering a contract, and on our legitimate interest in replying to the communications you send us.

Who we share it with

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; form messages are delivered through the Resend service. Both act as processors on our behalf and may log technical access data, such as IP addresses, for security and operation. Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers, which receive your IP address at load time. We do not sell or exchange data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and local storage

We use no profiling cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools. The only thing stored in your browser is a technical value remembering that you dismissed the privacy notice, so it is not shown again. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser data.

Promotional communications

We send offers, seasonal prices or news only if you have explicitly ticked the relevant box in the form. This consent is separate from your request and is not a condition for us to reply. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@olisbio.com, with no consequences.

How long we keep it

Communications are kept for as long as needed to reply and manage the commercial relationship, and for mandatory legal and accounting periods. After that they are deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, and to object to processing. Just write to info@olisbio.com: we reply within the periods set by applicable law.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of the page. We suggest you re-read it from time to time.
